Provides proof of care
Time and attendence of all care visits is via GPS and validates that care workers are where they are supposed to be. Once the care worker has logged on to a visit, the location can be seen back at the office. The system tracks and manages every amendment to ensure that you are invoiced precisely and accurately for the care that you have received in real time.
Provides lone worker protection
CMM helps us to ensure that our staff are supported through GPS location tracking and if needed, a discreet panic alert links directly to the on-call staff to ensure a response should an emergency arise.
When a care worker arrives at your home they use their mobile device to log into the visit. This lets the office know that they have arrived at your house to start the visit, fully informed as to what your requirements are. In addition to this, all care workers are introduced to new clients by a member of staff that they have already met. Only Independent Home Living provide this extra level of service. On leaving, the care worker will log out of the visit, automatically advising the office that all their tasks have been completed. Our systems help to ensure that your care worker will stay with you for the full allocated time as shown on your Bookings Sheet, but there is always someone at the end of the phone if you need some extra reassurance
