About Us

Independent Home Living was established in 2000 by
Ann Wyatt and Alison Thompson.

Mission Statement 2010

Independent Home Living aims to provide a complete service for people who need extra support to maintain their independence and continue to live a full dignified life in their own home.

Aims:

To provide the highest standards of social, domestic and personal care.
To promote a person centre approach ensuring that support provided meets or exceeds the requirement of the individual.
Where appropriate to liaise with and support client’s family members or nominated person.
To monitor and review the implementation of care, whilst continually updating our service products.
To regularly review national and local domiciliary care legislation.

Our aim is to provide high quality care & support for those wishing to remain in their own homes.

Whilst we are sad to lose Joan, we are very grateful that, with your support, she was able to stay in her own home right to the end. This meant everything to her - J.E. Oct '09
